Ok ladies so for the past few weeks I've been saying that I'm going to lose weight be healthier and start working out again and I haven't. I know what to do but I have no drive to do it being lazy and over worked by my career I've neglected my health. The time for change is now and today I'm making a public announcement to you all that I'm going from Fat to fit. I will log my progress, share healthy recipes, and the does and don't of getting healthy and staying healthy. So ladies repeat after me, "I am dedicated to a happier healthier me and the time is now".

1st step in this journey is to detox. So for the next 2 weeks I will be on a liquid diet only using these powders and taking a multivitamin and women's health bacteria every morning. Don't forget to drink tons of water and tea no coffee to flush your system ladies.
